  18. read the "How to install PPP with AmiTCP demo 4 and it shows you how to
  19. properly do it.

  21. also, make sure that your modem is set to "Ignore DTR" - so that when
  22. you quit out of the dial-up software (term or whatever) the connection
  23. is alive whilst not hogging up the serial port.
